After dealing with a terrible real estate agent...
After dealing with a terrible real estate agent in selling our home in Michigan, Dave Hymes was a real treat. Knowledgable, respectful, honest, extremely helpful, and very accommodating. We were purchasing a home in California but living in Michigan and had to do much of the contractual work from there. He was able to keep everything running smoothly and on time even though we weren't in the area. Dave also has a great sense of humor and was able to keep a potentially stressful situation light and sometimes fun when needed. He is low key and doesn't push or rush. Very steady and stable. Like I said, a welcome breath of fresh air!! We highly recommend him, you won't find a better agent.
